My girlfriend and I are renting out our bright, quiet, and spacious apartment for the month of February where we will be travelling in France and Italy. It’s in Rosemont. The address is 5936 1er Av. H1Y 3A6.

We are looking for someone we can fully trust since the apartment is completely furnished. We ask for the rent only which is $1200. We won’t be charging for furniture or utilities including internet.

This space would be ideal for a single person or a couple. You have Beaubien and Masson streets walking distance for cafes and restaurants and 2 grocery stores within the same block as the apartment.

Apartment has high speed internet, Apple TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bedroom has a roof window and a very comfortable queen bed.
