FAQs

  •  Cenk is a guide of depth with 2 degrees in psychology and over 20 years working in spirituality and somatic-emotional healing modalities. He has worked as a therapist in 1:1 and group settings with over 1000 clients. He helped overcome addictions, worked with clients through deep traumas and facilitated powerful group containers for men and women.

  • Cenk uses a signature spontaneous, intuitive, body-and-soul centered process that integrates therapeutic (rooted in somatics) and spiritual modalities in a real-time, in a relational way.  The approach is Jungian, depth-oriented and alive (working with what is present in the moment).

    Core tools:

Parts work / IFS (to work on the inner critic, inner child, adult self)

Somatic therapy & embodiment (to work with anger, grief, trauma, joy)

Role play, sentence completion, emotional facilitation (leading to exploration of the subconscious, integration of different aspects of ourselves)

Shadow work (bringing what’s repressed to light, stop the outward projections and move towards wholeness)

Non-dual wisdom & mysticism (everything belongs, all emotion is god, honoring the mud of becoming and the sacred neutrality that helps us move past myopic self centeredness)

Relational healing (trust, safety, conflict navigation, real intimacy, the joy of co-growth)

  • Individuals and couples searching for a deep approach that moves beyond talk therapy or spiritual bypassing. He guides clients working through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and those wanting to move beyond co-dependency, seeking deeper intimacy and self-alignment.

  • Phase 1: Initiation

    30-day individual deep work (8× 1:1, 50-min via zoom)

The journey towards sacred intimacy starts with an individual journey as described in the program above. Individual work is very important for couples, to access vulnerability and transparency. These are needed for connection, to yourself and between each other.

    Phase 2: The king/queendom co-creation

    30-day 8 sessions together as a couple.

In this phase you are building a shared “we”space, a deep foundational trust, and profound intimacy. A major step beyond co-dependency.

  • A single 1:1 session is available for those who want to experience the work before committing to the full 30-day Mud of Becoming.

I don’t offer a weekly type of therapy. In my experience the impact is much bigger inside 30-days committed containers.

  • Healing of trauma‑based patterns, stronger emotional presence, clarity of boundaries and needs, deeper intimacy with oneself and/or partner. A solid step into your sovereignty and natural bigness. A ripening of the soul and reclamation of your sensitivity—no more numbness.

Yes. Many of Cenk’s clients are high achievers or caregivers who appear “fine” on the outside but carry unprocessed shame, numbness, or inner conflict beneath.

  •

That’s more than enough. You don’t need to have clarity to begin. The process is designed to meet you where you are and unfold from there.

Collaboration & Co-creation

  • Cenk is available for interviews, podcasts, panel talks, retreats, workshops, and creative co-projects that align with themes of deep healing, transformation, relational work, and conscious leadership.

  • Hosting usually means providing the space, organizing logistics, and co-designing the program together. Cenk can lead workshops, experiential practices, or talks depending on the format and the audience.

  • If your event, platform, or community resonates with themes of self-discovery, integration, or conscious growth, there’s likely a good synergy. An initial call helps clarify intentions, structure, and mutual expectations.

  • Yes. Cenk is open to traveling for retreats, events, and speaking opportunities, depending on schedule and availability. Travel and accommodation are typically arranged or covered by the host.

  • It starts with a conversation to align on goals and audience. From there, Cenk suggests formats (talk, experiential session, workshop, interview) and we co-create a flow that feels organic yet structured.

  • It depends on the type of collaboration. Speaking at retreats or hosting workshops is typically compensated, while certain interviews, podcasts, or aligned creative projects may be done on a goodwill or mutual exchange basis.

  • Ideally at least 4–6 weeks ahead for retreats or events, though interviews and podcasts can often be scheduled more flexibly.

  • Themes include inner child healing and unguarded living, sacred monogamy and intimacy (heart dearmouring), relational healing, embodied presence, shadow work, the role of containers, and the intersection of healing with awakening.

  • You can reach out directly via info@cenkmatalon.com, briefly outlining your idea, audience, and timeframe.
